Strength Workouts Ultimate app is a continually growing collection of strength routines from multiple different sports.
You will be able to select from dozens of preselected workouts and discover much more from the community itself.
Strength workouts are from the following categories:

In powerlifting workouts category, you will find mostly workouts involving three big lifts, almost all workouts there consists of back squats, deadlifts, and bench press. Powerlifting workouts are mostly done with low reps and heavy weights with prolonged rest.
Weightlifting workouts category is focused clean & jerk, snatch and their variations. These workouts are also great for CrossFit but they are highly focused on improving 1 rep max, and all training sessions are focused only on weightlifting. Most weightlifting workouts concentrate only on a few reps per session but used weights are always almost you maximal weights.
Bodybuilding workouts category focuses on muscle growth. Workouts there are higher reps compared to powerlifting and always focus on all body parts. Bodybuilding workouts are slightly lighter, but the intensity should be higher.
CrossFit workouts category has strength workouts that are a great addition to your CrossFit routine. All workouts in this category are designed so you can still do the WOD (Workout Of the Day) after your strength routine. Most workouts focus on improving your 1 RM, but some of them also involve high rep practice which is needed in the CrossFit.
Universal category involves all other workouts. Most of the workouts from this category can be done by beginners or as addition to any other sport where you want to get a stronger body. Make sure to check these workouts. The universal category doesnt make them easy!
If you dont like preselected workouts, you can use the workout builder to create your own strength routine.
- Choose any length of workout (days, weeks)
- Repeat movements only during selected days or weeks
- Set percentages of the weights
- Enter your current X rep max and have weights calculated
Every custom workout is automatically saved, and if you want, you can share it with other app users and help us expand the collection of available strength workouts.
No matter what strength routine you select, you can track progress and mark each workout day as finished.
You can easily access all strength workouts you have selected or created, see their progress and modify them how you like. Pro tip, you can add your X rep maximums for each movement if you choose the workout from the preselected list.
On top of that, there are a few extra features.
There is 1 RM calculator which allows you to find out your current 1 rep max from any number of reps and weight you enter.
You can also use it in reverse and enter your current 1 rep max to find out how many reps you should be able to do with each weight during your strength workouts.
Next minor feature is barbell loader which helps you to load correct plates on the barbell for your strength workouts.
At first, make sure to customize which plates you do have available in your gym. Then enter your desired weight and see what combination of plates you have to use.
